“I did an extended stay (pun intended) and it was a great experience especially when dealing with so many problems. I didn’t have to worry about my living situation. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind and had great customer service. We did have a problem pop up while staying in the first room. When we brought it to the front desks attention, we were immediately moved into a room we chose (it was available and we preferred the second floor). We also regularly had house keeping checking in on us. While we didn’t use them, it was nice to see they cared. We used our own bedding and towels. There is laundry onsite and free breakfasts. As of me posting this a costs $5 each (wash and dry). They are also pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. There may be more features I’m not thinking of or didn’t try. My only warning - this is an older hotel and does not look to be updated recently. In my personal opinion, the service makes it worth it.”

“While dealing with a tough situation, the whole staff from housekeepers to management have been very accommodating and welcoming. I mostly interact with Stacey at the front desk and having such a genuine and kind person to interact with throughout this time has been very refreshing. She's gone above and beyond for me and handles every issue or concern efficiently and with a sense of urgency. I'm very grateful for her!”
